Time for this week’s dinner ideas! Philip and I were traveling all week last week, so it was nice to be home cooking regular meals.
Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas
Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was a week of hearty and delicious meals.

Chicken Pasta
I didn’t go grocery shopping til later this week so I had to scramble to put together a few dinners without all the ingredients I needed. I had some grilled chicken in the freezer so I used that to make this pasta dish. I didn’t have all the other ingredients, but it’s a basic chicken bacon pasta with veggies and was good!
Ground Beef Tacos
Ground beef tacos have become my boys’ favorite! They ask for them all the time. I use this recipe to make some yummy meat, and then we top with lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. Super easy!
French Dip Sandwiches
I try to do a crockpot meal every week and this one is super easy to throw together and have ready at dinner time. Also, it’s always a hit with the boys!
BBQ Chicken Pizza
Fos had a basketball game on Friday night, so we moved our pizza night to Saturday this week. We do a chicken, jalapeño, and corn recipe every week with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce and then put crispy onions on top once it’s cooked. We use Mel’s Kitchen Cafe’s pizza dough recipe and it’s easy and delicious.
Green Chile
This is one of our favorite recipes that we’ve made over and over and it’s so flavorful and delicious. I serve with fresh cheese and homemade tortillas. This week I’m making extra Chile Verde and making tamales with the leftover meat next week!
Fresh Lemon Cake
I’m in summer mode and am ready for all the fresh desserts! This lemon cake looks amazing!
