I’m definitely more of a neutral color palette girl with gray, black, white, navy, and brown making up the majority of my wardrobe. But as we head into spring, I love incorporating bits of color here and there. I spotted this gorgeous lavender top at Nordstrom a few weeks ago and instantly fell in love with the color. It’s soft and subtle and would go well with any of the neutral colors I mentioned. But for a more feminine look, I paired it with soft pink flats and I love the romantic palette it created.

I made a top almost exactly like this last year (find the tutorial here), but I love how this one has the buttons up the back and is made of a crisp cotton that feels so summer-y. They would be easy modifications if you wanted to make your own!
