I’m going to speak for all moms out there and say that pretty much all we want for Mother’s Day every year is a nap. Well, that’s what I want every day, but especially on Mother’s Day when I can get whatever I’d like for an entire day. So it only seems logical that the perfect gift for your mom (or for you…hint hint, husband) is need a new pair of pretty pajamas to go along with that nap. And while you’re at it, maybe throw in a pair of slippers, a sleep mask, and a lavender sachet for their pillow!
I’ve been on the hunt for some new pajamas for a while, and Mother’s Day was the perfect excuse to finally pick up a good pair. I found this gorgeous pink floral set at Nordstrom last week, and absolutely fell in love with it. It’s so pretty and feminine, and it’s super lightweight so you could wear it all summer long without overheating.
Originally I was looking for a top and bottom set, but when I saw this robe and lounge pants set I realized that they could be worn together, or as separates, and figured I’d get even more use out of them! But there are so many other good loungewear sets and pieces at Nordstrom right now (and so many of them on sale!) that I’ll probably have to go back and get a top and bottom set as well. I’m loving these ones and these ones. If I have two new pairs of jammies, do you think that means I could get two naps? Cause I’m going to go with that.

Now that my mom’s kids are all older (20+), she can nap whenever she wants. So maybe one day you’ll get those daily naps! Until then, just wish you were napping in these comfy pajamas. Love the robes!

These pajamas are gorgeous! I’ve been playing with the idea of making my husband stay home with the kids for a night and I go to a hotel and get a full nights sleep… it just sounds like an amazing plan to me!
