Time for this week’s dinner ideas! There were some delicious recipes this week, and my kids ate all of the meals.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! Every meal this week was super kid-friendly and easy.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

I’m going to add this little overview every week so you can see our true full weekly menu to get dinner ideas.

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Ham, Turkey, Cheese, and Jalapeno Crepes

Wednesday: Chicken Thighs and Green Beans

Thursday: Steak Fettuccine Pasta

Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Saturday: Out to Eat

Sunday: Spicy Pork Tinga Tacos

Sunday Dessert: PB Cup Cookies

Ham, Turkey, Cheese and Jalapeno Crepes

We always use THIS RECIPE for crepes, and we did an easy crepe bar so everyone could have what they wanted. Easy and delicious!

Chicken Thighs

I try to do a crockpot meal every Wednesday since those are my busiest days. Philip chose this chicken thigh recipe and so I tossed them in the crockpot….easy and delicious! I served over white rice and with these parmesan green beans.

Steak Fettuccine Pasta

This is a new recipe for us, and it was easy and delicious!! I left the balsamic glaze off of it, and then just added it for me, since I’m the only one who likes it.

BBQ Chicken Pizza

We tried a new pizza recipe last week with chorizo and potatoes..it was delicious! But this week we were back to our tried and true favorite…BBQ Chicken. So good. We always serve with a drizzle of BBQ sauce and some crispy onions on top.

Pork Tinga Tacos

This is one of our all-time favorite dinners. It’s easy to toss in the crockpot and perfect for a Sunday dinner.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

We’re making these cookies for Sunday dessert…they look delicious! If you have a real Crumbl Cookies store in your area, the real cookies are amazing. But I’m excited to try these!
